Our Goals
The Upsun community welcomes everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. We value each member of our community, and believe that everyone should feel welcome, included, and safe.
Our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/platformsh allows Upsun employees and users to discuss all things Upsun and open source topics and projects, get product feedback, and build a community. We are passionate about our work and love to share about it.
Keep the questions and discussions where they can benefit everyone. Please do not ping or direct message staff members/moderators without being asked to do so. Specific support issues require a support ticket.
Rules
In addition to the rules specific to the Discord, you are required to follow the Discord Terms of Service.
The server primary language is English, excluding language-specific support channels.
- This community is for general product discussion, feedback, guidance and tips for using Upsun. Specific support issues require a support ticket. Our moderators are unable to provide support in this space.
- Do not ask for support about a product issue, please log a support ticket for assistance.
- Open discussions build community knowledge. Keep the questions and discussions in the public channels, where they can benefit everyone. Please do not ping or direct message staff members/moderators without being asked to do so.
- All staff decisions are final. If you feel you would like to appeal, please contact our moderators for more guidance.
- Do not spam or display or take part in disrespectful behavior.
- Do not share personal data or engage in doxxing.
- Do not engage in controversial topics about politics, religion, etc.
- Do not share or post NSFW/explicit content of any kind.
- Impersonation of any kind is prohibited.
- Advertising of any kind is prohibited.
