New Git file size limit

We are introducing a new size limit of 100MB per file in Git.

To ensure the optimal performance, stability, and reliability of our Git infrastructure, we are introducing a limit on the size of individual files that can be pushed to your project repositories. Files larger than 100MB will be rejected.

Learn more about that limit and the solution in the DevCenter article.

Outbound IP address changes for GCP and Azure

Outbound IP addresses have changed on March 26, 2025 for several Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure regions:

  • Switzerland (ch-1)
  • Germany (de-2)
  • United Kingdom (uk-1)
  • East US (us-4)
  • France (fr-4)
  • West US (us-3)
  • Australia (au-2)

If your projects in these regions rely on our outbound IPs for security configurations (e.g., firewall whitelisting), you’ll need to update them. Inbound IPs remain unchanged.
Updated outbound IPs are available in our documentation.

Carbon emissions at a glance!

You can now view your projects region and environmental carbon emissions on your project cards from your All Projects page! This gives you a quick overview of your organizations environmental impact at a glance when you login to console.

We’re also removing screenshots from these cards in the interim as many of your projects might not have a front end, or a visible default domain which our screenshot app captures. Whilst we work on bringing you more improvements to these cards we’d love to hear from you anything else you’d like to see here.
